Bio: Ms. Mayers is the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) expert for the state of Maryland at the Institute. In her role she provides training, coaching, technical assistance, and implementation for MST providers. She started her work implementing MST as a family therapist in Washington D.C in 2004, and in 2006 she completed her training as an MST Program Supervisor. She participated in MST start-up/expansion efforts in North Carolina and Washington, D.C., providing training, consultation, and clinical development to multiple teams, expanding the practice of this highly effective Evidence-Based Practice and ensuring model fidelity. She received her B.A. in psychology from Salisbury University in 2002, and her M.S in Counseling Psychology from Northeastern University in 2004, and received her professional license in 2006.
